I took in a silver bracelet belonging to my 83 year old mum. She was struggling with the existing clasp and could no longer do it up. Nicky was super helpful, taking time and care over several visits to change the clasp and adjust the bracelet so it fitted. I am delighted with the proper old fashioned service (and at a very reasonable price). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely shop.
